General Show Information

General Guidelines:

1. Judging cards: 3 x 5 cards will be used for placing models. Class number, Breed, Gender, & Models’ name on one side and owners’ name on the back side. The cards will be collected from the models that place in each class. Leg tags may (and should) be used on models to help prevent mix-up of duplicate models.

2. Class limits: 6 entries per shower will be allowed in CM glaze and OF-non plastic divisions. 3 entries per shower in the other divisions. Additional spots in a class can be purchased for 1.00 each. This fee will be collected at the show.

3. Each model can only go in one NAN Qualifying halter breed class. You cannot show the horse as one breed, switch the tag, and then enter it in another class. 1st and 2nd place equines will qualify for NAN 2007-2008. Only equines can show at NAN, therefore fantasy and animal classes will not get NAN tickets. For more rules on NAN qualifications go to www.namhsa.org.

4. The time limit between performance classes is 10 minutes; between halter classes is 3 minutes. Showers are responsible to make sure their models make it to their classes. Classes will not be held up for models cross entering performance and halter. Multiple divisions will run at the same time, plan accordingly.

5. An explanation card is required for all performance classes and for all collector classes except fantasy.
