2007-2008 NAN Qualifying Show

This is the second year for East Valley Live and now has an expanded class list with something for everyone! We've got a great show hall with plenty of space and tables galore. Please come join us for a fun filled day of showing and visiting with friends, old and new. I'll be completing the pages over the next few weeks but wanted to start to get the word out!

Show Location:
Legion Post #26, 502 West. 2nd Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210
Time:
9:00 Start time, the hall will open at 7:30. Please check in when you arrive.
Entry Fees:
Entries received or postmarked by December 30th are 35.00. After that the entry fee will be 40.00. Entries will be accepted first come, first served. Full refunds will be given until Jan 12th after that a 10.00 cancellation fee will apply. Each entry includes 1 six foot table, extra tables will be available but if they are needed for entrants, those who request extra tables last will be asked to give them up and a refund of the extra table fee will be given.

Proxy Showing:
The discounted proxy entry fee is 25.00 but your shower will not get a table for your models. If they need an additional table you must also pay for a table.

Classes may be combined or split at the judges’ discretion. Judges decisions are final.
Awards:
Paper printed ribbons for 1st-8th placings. Rosettes to group champion and reserve champions. Division Grand/Reserve Champions and other special awards TBA.
Door prizes, Raffle, Auctions:
There will be door prizes for showers. Raffle tickets will be 1.00 each or 6 for 5.00. There will be a silent auction which will run until 1:00. Please contact the show hostess for more details if you have items to donate for the raffle or consign to the auction. Proceeds from these will go to cover the costs for the show and improvements for next years’ show.
Vendors:
Vending will be allowed from your show table, no current NIB Breyer items please. Vendor only tables may be available if there is room. Please contact show hostess if you are interested in a vendor table. Hillside Hobby Horses will be on hand with current line Breyer products.
Lunch:
Lunch of Baked Ziti, Salad, Bread, Cookies and Drinks will be included for all entrants.
Cost for those not entered in the show will be 3.00 per person.
Liability Disclaimer and hall rules:
The show hostess, other people involved with the operation of the show, American Legion Post #26, and its members will not be held responsible for losses including, but not limited to, theft, property damage or personal injury. Please do not bring non-showing children under the age of 10 to the show due to liability and breakage concerns. Outside food and beverage can be brought into the hall but absolutely no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought in.
